How we protect your payment
The money does not reach the carer until the stay is over.

You pay once accepted
When the carer accepts your request, you pay for the stay with Mercado Pago. The amount is held by the platform.

The carer is paid at the end
We only release the payment to the carer once the stay is marked as completed. Throughout the stay you follow everything via chat and the photo diary.

Cancellations with refunds
If you cancel, the refund follows the carer's policy — shown on their profile before you book — and is processed automatically through Mercado Pago.
Verified identity
Carers can validate their identity with an ID document. Our team reviews it manually, and only then does the profile show the "Verified" badge.
